Whiteley Mr Bean Commercial Disinfectant and Air Freshener 5Lt

Managing everyday soil and unwanted odours across a busy facility often requires more than a standard floor detergent. Whiteley Mr Bean combines multipurpose hard-surface cleaning, commercial grade disinfection and residual deodorisation in one concentrated product.

The pH-neutral, solvent-free formula is suitable for most washable hard surfaces when used as directed. Its clear pink liquid leaves a distinctive tutti-frutti fragrance, making it practical for facilities where visible cleanliness and lasting freshness both matter.

Concentrated Hard Surface Cleaning and Odour Control

Multiple cleaning functions: Use one concentrate for floor mopping, spray and wipe cleaning, commercial grade disinfection and surface deodorising.

Surface-conscious formulation: The pH-neutral, solvent-free formula is suitable for most washable hard surfaces when correctly diluted.

Longer-lasting freshness: Residual deodorising action and a tutti-frutti fragrance help manage unwanted odours after cleaning.

Flexible dilution: Separate dilution rates allow cleaners to match the solution strength to floor cleaning, spray and wipe work, disinfection or stronger deodorising.

Bulk commercial value: The 5Lt concentrate makes up to 250L of floor-cleaning solution at the stated 20mL/L dilution.

Where It Can Be Used

Whiteley Mr Bean is intended for commercial and residential hard-surface cleaning where routine soil removal, disinfection and odour control are required.

Disinfection: Dilute 50mL per 1L of water. Apply using a mop and bucket.

Floor cleaning: Dilute 20mL per 1L of water. Apply using a mop and bucket.

Spray and wipe cleaning: Dilute 50mL per 1L of water. Apply with a trigger spray bottle or universal-cap bottle, then wipe with a clean cloth.

Deodorising: Dilute 200mL per 1L of water and apply with a trigger spray bottle.

Residual odour control: Apply a small amount of diluted product to a suitable hard surface. Mr Bean may also be applied directly into waste disposal and storage bins to manage unwanted odours.

Important: Use the dilution specified for the cleaning task. Do not mix Mr Bean with other chemicals.

Safety Information.
Danger: The concentrate causes skin irritation and serious eye damage.

Wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate.
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Keep the product in its original container with the lid tightly sealed.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
Do not mix Mr Bean with other chemicals.

If the product contacts skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin with plenty of soap and water. Seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

If the product contacts eyes: Rinse cautiously with running water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses when present and easy to remove, continue rinsing and immediately contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or a doctor.

If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Give water to drink when the person is conscious and contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or a doctor.

Spills: Restrict access, wear protective clothing and absorb the liquid using an inert material. Prevent the spill from entering stormwater drains or waterways and dispose of collected material according to local requirements.

Environmental and disposal information: The current SDS recommends disposal to sewer with copious amounts of water where permitted. Follow local waste requirements. Empty containers may be disposed of through general waste or rinsed thoroughly and recycled through an accepted collection service.

Transport classification: Not classified as Dangerous Goods under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.
