Janitorial Depot supplies commercial cleaning products, paper and washroom supplies, and vacuum cleaner spare parts from our warehouse in Cranbourne West. We run a vacuum repair workshop on the same site.
We are a supplier, not a marketplace. We hold the stock here, and you can speak to someone who knows what is in it.

You can collect from the counter during those hours, and you can drop a vacuum in for repair without booking ahead.
What we stock
More than 800 products: cleaning chemicals, toilet paper and hand towel, bin liners, gloves and PPE, mops, microfibre and cloths, floor pads, dispensers, commercial vacuums and vacuum spare parts.
We carry the brands commercial buyers ask for by name. In chemicals and consumables that means Agar, Whiteley, Research Products, Oates, Enzyme Wizard, Edco, NAB Clean, Tork and Caprice. In vacuums and spares it means Pacvac, Pullman, Numatic, Dyson, Miele, Hoover, Wertheim, Sauber, Roborock, Ecovacs, Eufy and Tineco.

● Cleaning contractors. Consumables, equipment and the spare parts that keep a fleet working.
● Medical centres, dental and allied health. TGA listed disinfectants, clinical waste consumables and PPE.
● Aged care and nursing homes. Hospital grade disinfectants, outbreak consumables, and high volume paper and washroom.
● Childcare and schools. Nappy change consumables, spill kits, hand hygiene and bulk paper.
● Hotels, motels, short stay and Airbnb. Housekeeping carts, dispensers and turnover consumables.
● Gyms and fitness centres. Equipment wipes, changeroom and washroom supplies, anti slip and tinea control.
● Shopping centres and retail. Food court, amenities, back of house and high traffic floor care.
● Factories, offices and warehouses. Degreasers, washroom, bulk paper and industrial vacuums.
Every one of these sites buys differently. A childcare centre and a gym both need a surface disinfectant, and it is not the same product. If you are not certain, ring us before you order rather than after.
Vacuum repairs and servicing
Most cleaning suppliers sell you a vacuum and wish you luck. We repair them.
Every machine that comes in gets a 15 point diagnostic before we quote, so you know what is wrong and what it costs before you agree to anything. We do motor rebuilds, belts, carbon brushes, hoses, filters and full servicing, and we can issue Test and Tag certification on the machines we service.
We work on Pacvac, Pullman, Numatic including Henry, Dyson, Miele, Hoover, Shark, Electrolux, Samsung and Bosch.

Business accounts
If you order regularly, open a business account. The application takes a couple of minutes and you will need your ABN, trading name and delivery addresses.
An approved account gives you business pricing, ordering for multiple sites on one account, and someone to call when you are not sure what to order. Credit terms are available and are assessed after three prepaid orders.

It does not apply to gift cards, cashback and coupon offers, commercial quantity and contract pricing, liquidation and clearance stock, or Pacvac vacuum cleaners.
Straight answers on compliance
A lot of the cleaning advice online is written for somewhere else, and a fair bit of it is written for the wrong part of Australia.
Australia runs two workplace safety systems. Eight jurisdictions use the model Work Health and Safety laws. Victoria uses its own, under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and the regulations made under it, and Victoria is the only one that does. So a good deal of the safety guidance aimed at Australian cleaners is written for the wrong jurisdiction: different duty holders, different offences, different citations. The hazard advice usually travels fine. The legal wrapper does not.
Hospital grade is a TGA category, not a strength rating. It describes the setting a product is sold for, not how well it kills anything.
EPA registered is an American term. The United States Environmental Protection Agency does not regulate disinfectants in Australia. The TGA does.
We would rather tell you the product you asked for is wrong for your site than sell it to you and have it fail an audit.
