Q. Will this fit my Miele vacuum with a powerhead?

A. It will physically fit the hose and the vacuum body, but because this rod lacks internal wiring, it cannot supply power to an electric floor head (SEB series). The brush roller will not spin. It works perfectly with standard floor tools (SBD series).

Q. How do I adjust the length?

A. There is a sliding cuff or button mechanism on the rod. Pressing or sliding this releases the lock, allowing you to pull the tube to your desired length.

Q. Is this a genuine Miele part?
