How to Use Agar Ultrastrip:
Preparation: Sweep the floor to remove loose debris. Place "Wet Floor" signs.
-
Dilution: Mix Ultrastrip with water based on the thickness of the old polish:
- Light Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 10 parts water (1:10).
- Medium Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 7 parts water (1:7).
- Heavy Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 5 parts water (1:5).
- Very Heavy Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 3 parts water (1:3).
- Application: Apply the solution generously to the floor using a mop. The floor must remain wet for the chemical to work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Does this smell like ammonia? A. No. Ultrastrip is ammonia-free and low odour, making it much more pleasant to work with than traditional strippers.
Q. Can I use it on timber floors? A. No. Ultrastrip requires the floor to be flooded with water, which can damage unsealed timber. It is designed for vinyl, concrete, and stone.
Q. Why do I need to rinse the floor? A. Strippers are alkaline. If residue is left behind, it will attack the new polish you apply, causing it to powder or peel. Always rinse thoroughly.
Q. Is it safe for machinery? A. Yes, it is low-foaming and suitable for use in autoscrubbers and with rotary floor machines.
