How to Use Agar Ultrastrip:

Preparation: Sweep the floor to remove loose debris. Place "Wet Floor" signs.

1. Dilution: Mix Ultrastrip with water based on the thickness of the old polish:
   1. Light Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 10 parts water (1:10).
   2. Medium Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 7 parts water (1:7).
   3. Heavy Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 5 parts water (1:5).
   4. Very Heavy Polish: 1 part Ultrastrip to 3 parts water (1:3).
2. Application: Apply the solution generously to the floor using a mop. The floor must remain wet for the chemical to work.
3. Dwell Time: Allow the solution to sit for 10–15 minutes. This dwell time is critical for breaking down the polymers. Do not allow the solution to dry.
4. Scrubbing: Agitate the wet floor using a rotary scrubber or autoscrubber fitted with a black stripping pad.
5. Clean Up: Pick up the slurry using a wet-and-dry vacuum or a mop.
6. Rinsing: Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water to remove all chemical residue. The floor must be neutral and clean before applying new polish.

Light Polish Film: Dilute at 1:10 (1 part Ultrastrip to 10 parts water). Quantity required: 0.56 L per 100 sq metres.
Medium Polish Film: Dilute at 1:7 (1 part Ultrastrip to 7 parts water). Quantity required: 0.80 L per 100 sq metres.
Heavy Polish Film: Dilute at 1:5 (1 part Ultrastrip to 5 parts water). Quantity required: 1.2 L per 100 sq metres.
Very Heavy Polish Film: Dilute at 1:3 (1 part Ultrastrip to 3 parts water). Quantity required: 2.0 L per 100 sq metres.
Application Method: Apply the diluted solution evenly to the floor using a mop or applicator. Ensure complete coverage of the area to be stripped.
Contact Time: Allow the solution to sit for approximately 10-15 minutes to break down the polish effectively. For thicker layers, a longer contact time may be necessary.
Scrubbing: Use a rotary scrubber or floor machine with a stripping pad to agitate the solution and remove the old polish.
