In a busy kitchen or bar, crockery and glasses come out of the machine wet and covered in water spots, and someone ends up hand-polishing every rack before service. Agar Rinse Aid works on the final rinse to fix the cause rather than the symptom. It lowers the surface tension of the rinse water so it runs off in a thin sheet instead of sitting in droplets that dry into spots.

This is a rinse additive for commercial dishwashers and glasswashers, not a detergent. It goes into the machine's rinse aid line and doses automatically on the final rinse cycle, so your wash detergent still does the cleaning and the rinse aid handles the drying. Crockery, glassware and cutlery come off the rack clear and dry, ready to stack or set straight away.

Because the water sheets off and evaporates, plates and glasses dry without hand-towelling, which takes a real job off staff during a rush. The 5Lt drum feeds the dispenser through plenty of cycles before it needs topping up, so it suits restaurants, cafes, commercial kitchens, bars, pubs, clubs, hotels, function centres and catering operations running machines all day.

Agar Rinse Aid is dosed by the machine, not by hand. Fill the rinse aid reservoir or drop the pick-up tube into the drum, then set the dose on the machine to the maker's recommended level.

1. Pour or draw Agar Rinse Aid straight from the 5Lt drum into the machine's rinse aid dispenser or pick-up line. It is ready to use, so do not dilute it.
2. Set the dishwasher or glasswasher to dispense rinse aid on the final rinse cycle, following the machine manufacturer's instructions.
3. Run the machine as normal. The rinse aid meters in during the final rinse and helps the water sheet off crockery, glassware and cutlery.
4. Unload once the cycle finishes. No additional rinsing is needed and items dry clear as they come out.
Check the drum level during service and top it up before it runs dry so the dispenser keeps priming.
