RF12 No Rinse Sanitiser Concentrate 5Lt – Food Grade Surface Cleaner for Kitchens, Food Prep, and Export Facilities

RF12 is a liquid sanitiser concentrate designed for professional food handling zones. When mixed at the correct ratio, it removes bacteria and leaves a safe barrier on cleaned surfaces without any need to rinse afterwards.

Effective sanitising with no rinsing step required

• Kills harmful bacteria including E coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
• Leaves a clear and non toxic film.
• Food grade formula based on benzalkonium chloride.
• Neutral pH between 6.8 and 7.8.
• Suitable for hard and semi porous surfaces.

Dilution and application guidelines for safe and effective sanitising

Hard Non Porous Surfaces:

• Pre clean using detergent.
• Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
• Dilute 1 litre of RF12 into 20 litres of water.
• Apply using a spray bottle, mop, or cloth.
• Ensure surface stays wet for at least 5 minutes.
• No rinsing required. Allow surface to air dry

Porous and Semi Porous Surfaces:

• Clean and rinse before use. 
• Dilute 3.12 litres of RF12 into 20 litres of water.
• Apply evenly and allow 5 minutes contact time.
• Rinse with potable water and allow to drain

Safety Information:

• Personal Protection: Use gloves and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Ensure good ventilation during use to avoid inhalation of fumes.
• Eye Contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and incompatible substances. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Ingestion: Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Dilution: Dilute Agar RF12 Sanitiser Concentrate according to the specific application and required sanitizing strength. Common dilution ratios are as follows:
For general sanitizing, dilute at a ratio of 1:100 (1 part concentrate to 100 parts water).
For heavy-duty sanitizing or food preparation areas, use a stronger dilution ratio of 1:50 (1 part concentrate to 50 parts water).
Application: Apply the diluted solution to surfaces using a clean cloth, sponge, or spray bottle. Ensure thorough coverage and allow the solution to remain on the surface for the recommended contact time to achieve optimal sanitising results.
Rinsing: For food contact surfaces, rinse with clean water after sanitizing to remove any residue and ensure safety.
