Agar Once Off is a high strength alkaline cleaner made for restoring dirty, stained, or weathered floors. It cuts through embedded dirt and grime on tiles, concrete, stone, and pavers. The low foaming formula works perfectly with autoscrubbers, pressure washers, rotary machines, and mop applications, making it ideal for commercial and domestic cleaning jobs.

How to Use Agar Once Off

Agar Once Off is a concentrated detergent that must be diluted before use. Always adjust the dilution rate based on the type of surface and the level of soiling.

For light soil, dilute up to 1 part cleaner to 120 parts water.
For general dirt, dilute between 1 part cleaner to 40 or 60 parts water.
For heavy grime or restoration cleaning, use between 1 part cleaner to 10 or 20 parts water.
For use in autoscrubbers or pressure washers, a 1 to 60 or 1 to 100 dilution is usually recommended.

Apply the solution to the floor using a mop, scrubber, or sprayer. Allow a short dwell time. Scrub and rinse thoroughly. Always test on a small area before full application.
