Washrooms, toilet blocks and busy hard floors take a beating through the day, and by mid afternoon they can look clean but still smell stale. Agar Lemon is a commercial grade disinfectant and deodoriser concentrate that cleans, disinfects and freshens hard surfaces in one pass, cutting grease and grime off floors, walls, sinks, baths, toilets and tiles while leaving a citrus fragrance behind.

Mixed at 1 part to 50 parts water, roughly a cup in a mop bucket, one 5 litre bottle makes a large volume of working solution and covers weeks of daily cleaning. That single dilution both cleans and disinfects the surface, which means a separate deodoriser is not needed alongside it.

Odour control that removes the smell, not just covers it

Most fragranced cleaners sit a scent on top of the smell and let it return once the perfume fades. Agar Lemon instead breaks down the source of the odour and then perfumes the air, so a washroom still smells clean an hour later rather than sour under a citrus top note. Current SDS and PDS are available, so cleaning teams can check dilution, handling and surface use before they start.

General cleaning and disinfecting:

Dilution: For general cleaning and disinfecting, dilute Agar Lemon Disinfectant at a ratio of 1 part disinfectant to 50 parts water.

Application:
Floors, Walls, Sinks, and Baths: Apply the diluted solution using a mop, cloth, or sponge. Clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to air dry.
Toilets and Tiled Areas: Apply the solution directly to the surface, scrub as necessary, and rinse with water.

As an air freshener: Dilute 1 part Agar Lemon to 10 parts water and spray high into the room with a trigger or hand spray.

Do not mix: Do not mix Agar Lemon with other chemicals unless the label or SDS states it can be done. Mixing it with other cleaners can deactivate the disinfectant action.

Safety Information:
Handling: Wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate. In this form it can cause skin irritation and serious eye damage, so keep it off your skin and out of your eyes.

If it contacts skin or eyes: Rinse the area straight away with plenty of clean running water. For eye contact, keep rinsing and seek medical advice.

If swallowed: Seek medical advice and contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.

Storage: Keep the container closed in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

Environmental care: Agar Lemon is biodegradable, phosphate free and free of solvents, and it conforms with statutory environmental requirements.

Disposal: Dispose of in accordance with local council and regulatory requirements. Do not pour concentrated product down stormwater drains. Refer to Section 13 of the current SDS for disposal requirements.
