A bin room, or a floor that has copped something unpleasant, does not go quiet after a normal mop out. The soil comes up, and half an hour later the smell is back in the doorway to meet you. Floral is built for exactly those areas, because it washes the surface and leaves a perfume behind that keeps working on the air long after the mop has gone home.

Agar Floral is a fruity-floral detergent and air freshener made in Australia by Agar Cleaning Systems, and this is the 5Lt bottle of concentrate. Two jobs come out of the one container: washing contaminated floors and hard surfaces at 1 in 50 to 1 in 100, and freshening a room at 1 in 10 through a hand spray gun. For an odour source that will not shift, neat product can go straight onto it.

How Floral cleans and reodorises in the one pass

Premium surfactants attach to soilage matter and disperse it, which is the cleaning half of the work. The other half is perfume: strong residual perfume oils cling to the surface and re-odorise the room through the day, masking the odours that keep drifting back in problem areas. Because washed surfaces are not rinsed, those oils stay where the mop laid them down.

Cleaning teams end up carrying one bottle on the trolley instead of two, and the area still reads clean on the nose an hour after they leave. Check the safety notes before the first bucket: as supplied this concentrate causes serious eye damage, and it becomes non-hazardous once diluted at 1 in 5 or more with water.

Dilution:
Dilute Agar Floral Detergent Air Freshener according to the desired cleaning strength and application. Common dilution ratios are:
For general cleaning, dilute at a ratio of 1:100 (1 part concentrate to 100 parts water).
For heavier cleaning tasks or more intense odors, a stronger dilution of 1:50 (1 part concentrate to 50 parts water) can be used.

Application: Apply the diluted solution to surfaces using a mop, cloth, or sponge. For air freshening, use in a spray bottle or as part of a cleaning process to ensure the fragrance is evenly distributed.

Rinsing: For most surfaces, rinsing is not required. However, for food preparation areas or surfaces where residue may be a concern, wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
