Whre to Use Citrastar

Citrastar is suitable for sanitising:

• Kitchen benches and food preparation areas.
• Pots, pans, and cooking equipment. 
• Floors and general surfaces.

• Animal care facilities

How to Use Citrastar:

• Clean surfaces with a suitable detergent to remove food residues.

• Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water and allow to drain.

• Apply Citrastar undiluted by spray, wipe, or dip.

• Ensure a minimum contact time of 5 minutes.

• Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water after application.

• Non food contact surfaces can be left to air dry

• Manufactured under the Agar Quality Management System, certified to meet AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards for quality management systems.
• Approved for use under Category 6 as a sanitizer by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service for meat and meat product preparation for export.

Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Use CITRASTAR as supplied without dilution.
Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces with detergent to remove food residues, rinse with potable water, and apply neat CITRASTAR.
Contact Time: Allow CITRASTAR to remain in contact with surfaces for at least 5 minutes.
Rinsing: Rinse food-contact surfaces thoroughly with potable water after application. Non-food contact surfaces can be left to air dry.
