Q. Where can I find the vacuum model or bag code?

The model label is commonly underneath the vacuum, behind the bag compartment or on the motor housing. The bag code may appear inside the compartment, on the old bag collar, in the manual or on the original packaging.

Q. What is the difference between disposable paper and synthetic vacuum bags?

Paper bags use layered paper media, while synthetic bags use flexible non-woven material. Synthetic bags are commonly more resistant to tearing and can maintain airflow differently as they fill. Fitment, machine approval and bag code remain more important than material alone.

Q. Are reusable cloth vacuum bags suitable for every bagged vacuum?

No. The collar, opening, bag dimensions, retaining system and available space must match. Some reusable bags are the main collection bag, while others support an inner disposable bag.

Q. Can a reusable vacuum bag be washed?

Wash a reusable bag only when its product instructions identify it as washable. Empty it carefully, follow the stated cleaning method and allow it to dry completely before refitting. Do not reinstall a damp bag.

Q. Must a disposable backpack bag be used with a reusable cloth bag?

Some commercial backpack systems require both. Pacvac Superpro disposable bags and Pullman fold-over bags are used with the correct reusable support bag. Follow the instructions for the exact machine and bag system.

Q. Are Miele GN, FJM and TU vacuum bags interchangeable?

No. They use different collar designs and machine families. GN commonly fits selected full-size Miele canisters, FJM fits selected compact models and TU is used by specified Guard models. Match the exact vacuum series.

Q. Can one Hoover H110 or H160 style bag fit several brands?

Selected H110 and H160 style bags fit specified Hoover, Volta, Airflo, Kambrook, Vax and Wertheim models. They are not universal across every machine from those brands. Confirm the model and collar.

Q. Can I use a vacuum dust bag during wet pickup?

No, unless the machine and bag instructions specifically state otherwise. Paper, synthetic and cloth dust bags are generally intended for dry debris. Configure a wet-and-dry vacuum for liquid pickup according to its instructions.

No. Match the exact auto-empty dock and supported robot series. Similar-looking dock bags can use different guide rails, collars, sealing tabs, dimensions and capacities.

Q. Can a disposable robot dock bag be emptied and reused?

Do not reuse a bag designed and labelled for single use. Emptying it can damage the material, seal or collar and may allow dust to escape. Choose a product specifically sold as reusable when that option is available for the dock.
