At Janitorial Depot, we are committed to providing reliable delivery and customer satisfaction. We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and all relevant consumer protection laws.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 business days for most metro areas
  • Rural or remote areas: extra 2–4 business days
  • All parcels include tracking, provided upon dispatch

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on address and order size
  • Delivery fees are displayed before checkout is completed

Delivery Issues
If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a card for collection. Ensure your address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect details or non-collection may be refunded minus original and return shipping fees.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

When Can You Return a Product?
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose
  • Does not match the description or sample
  • Is not delivered within a reasonable time

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

How to Return a Product

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  3. We will assess the issue within 3 business days and confirm the appropriate remedy
  4. If a return is needed, we will issue instructions. Products must be returned in original packaging where possible
  5. Items must be returned within 30 days after return approved

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping
  • For other approved returns, the customer covers shipping

Refunds and Processing


Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Keep your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
